Only One Standalone Exe - No Extra Files Needed With META Core Statically Linked.

Note : Meta Mode NVram Format Is (.map and .dat) Not Like The Ordinary NVarm And NVdata, But It Conatins The IMEI And Network Data And All white list nvram s LID's (SML, IMEI, LOCK_DTATA)

And Take Care For Signed NVram Can't Use With Different Devices
